FAQ - Tenants

  • Rent

    Your rent is due in advance throughout your tenancy and can be paid via B-Pay or DEFT.

  • Utilities

    It is a tenant responsibility to ensure that Electricity, Gas and Phone/Internet are in your name. In some apartments these are charged by the strata company. Your property manager will advise you on this.

  • Moving In

    Your property manager will arrange a move in date with you. You will need to organize collection of your keys from our office. If you are renting an apartment, you will need to organize specific dates and times that your revivalist will be there, so lift curtains can be installed.

  • Insurance

    Tenants are responsible for their own contents insurance.

  • Property Condition Report

    You will be provided with a property condition report. You will need to ensure that this is checked, signed and returned to your property manager within 7 days of receiving it.
