Blackburne once again experienced leasing success, with the release of the new Oracle apartments located in Perth’s new Stirling St Precinct and all apartments being leased within weeks and a waiting list of tenants eager to move in.

Blackburne once again experienced leasing success, with the release of the new Oracle apartments located in Perth’s new Stirling St Precinct and all apartments being leased within weeks and a waiting list of tenants eager to move in.  In a market with over 1,700 properties available to rent in the 6000 postcode and with REIWA reporting 6.9% of rentals in the Perth Metro area sitting vacant, Blackburne has shown that a quality and well-designed product along with a leasing team working 7 days per week is paramount.

Within 48 hours of the leasing launch, over 100 people had registered to view the 27 available apartments, which comprised of studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and a 3 bedroom penthouse.  All apartments were leased within two weeks and Blackburne now have a wait list of tenants who are eager to live in Oracle, but missed out.

Oracle attracted a range of tenants, including families, singles and couples.  A large number of tenants are young professionals, working in the inner-city and were attracted to Oracle not only by the quality amenities, but also the lifestyle that the location offers.  The high demand for Oracle also saw the rental prices achieved being over 33% higher than other apartments in the nearby vicinity.
